Payment methods and terms
The student must pay for both the individual classes and the packages before the classes commence. Paypal will be used to make the payment (if the student doesn’t have an account, card payments are also accepted on the PayPal website) In exceptional cases, the fees can be paid by bank transfer. In the latter case, the student will be responsible for the fees charged for this service.
Required technology for the classes
Before the start of each class the student must check that they have a suitable audio system in order to carry out the lesson (the use of headphones and external microphone is recommended) and at the very least, an ADSL internet connection to be able to carry out the classes in optimal conditions.
Expiry of Lesson Packs
Lesson packs must be used within 6 months of being purchases, with the exception of the lesson packs of 50, which expire after 12 months. If the student has not completed all the purchased classes in that period of time, they will expire and can not be recovered.
Waiting time
In the case of a student arriving late, the teacher will wait up to 15 minutes, which will be deducted from the total of 55 minutes of the class. After the maximum waiting time of 15 minutes, the teacher reserves the right to cancel the class. In this case, the class will be considered as completed and discounted from the lesson pack which has been purchased.
Cancellation of classes
The student can cancel the class up to 24 hours before the class is due to take place, and must inform the teacher using the contact form. If the student cancels the class after the aforementioned period of time or does not show up for the class, the class will be considered to have taken place and will be deducted from the hours of the lesson pack.
As a principle of consideration for the teacher, the same class can not be canceled more than twice. If the student wants to cancel that class a third time,the class will be considered to have taken place, and discounted from the hours remaining on the lesson pack.
Holidays
The teacher will notify her students regarding her holiday dates at least 15 days in advance, and the students will be reminded in advance, so that the students can adapt their classes according to the availability of the teacher.
Contract modifications
The conditions of the contract may be altered by the teacher, but in the case of any modification, it will be communicated by email to the student well in advance.
User and responsibility regime
A user is defined as a person who accesses, navigates and uses the MAR website. On browsing the MAR website, the user will hereby accept all established conditions of use without harming the application of the corresponding regulations of obligatory legal compliance as the case may be.
The MAR website provides a great diversity of information, services and data. The user is responsible for a correct usage of the website..This responsibility will extend to:
- The veracity and legality of the information provided by the user in the forms provided by MAR for the access to certain content or services offered by the web site.
- The usage of the information, services and data offered by MAR in a fitting way, and following the necessary conditions, laws, morals, good customs or public order. The user will be responsible for any actions that may damage the rights of third parties or the proper functioning of the website.
Link policy and liability exemptions
MAR is not responsible for the content of the websites that the user may access through the links used on its website and hereby states that in no case will it examine or exercise any type of control over the content of other websites. Likewise, it will not guarantee the technical availability, accuracy, veracity, validity or legality of external web sites that can be accessed through the links.
MAR hereby declares that it has adopted all the necessary measures to avoid any damage to users which may occur whilst browsing the website. Consequently, MAR is not responsible, in any shape or form, for any damage that the user may incurs in their usage of the MAR website..

MAR reserves the right to make any modifications in the content of its website that it should deem appropriate, without prior notice. Online booking services
In certain areas of the MAR website, there is the possibility of booking or purchasing online. If the user makes use of this option they will be required to read and accept the general booking conditions established for that purpose by MAR.
